The LanceFET with Handle is the same probe as the regular LanceFET with the added benefit of a large gripper handle that makes it easier to insert into hard samples such as cured meats, and wheels of aged cheese.  This probe can be stored dry, and cleaned with a soft bristled toothbrush.
